web marketing campaigns

Web marketing campaigns are excellent tools to give your product or service visibility.

Once your target market area has been identified, we develop a plan to help the client reach this market via an e-mail campaign.

Below, the phases of this campaign are described.

Trading Brazil can also provide the e-mail address of companies abroad which have something on their home pages related to your own product.

Here are the stages of this service.


a) Planning

A representative from TRADING BRAZIL will work with someone from your company to develop a plan for prospecting the Internet. In this stage, the geographical regions and target population will be identified, the message developed, formatted and sent out, and whatever else is needed to give value to the plan.

Result:

- A document listing the geographical areas to be approached;
- A document listing information about the target population to be reached;
- A letter of introduction from your company.

b) Research, identification and storage of e-mails.

Once the targets of the campaign have been defined, TRADING BRAZIL will begin to collect and store e-mails and site addresses of all the businesses registered on the Internet which have reference to the targets.

After this, the data will be analyzed as to the validity of the addresses and the resulting list organized by country or geographic region.

Activities: Identification and triage of e-mail addresses to be contacted.

Results:

- Valid list of all the businesses whose sites contain the key words defined in the targeting process. This list will be sent to the client using Excel, with the e-mail and the URL where it was found.

c) Development and dispatch of the message

The client will edit the message to be sent out to the list. The decision to use English as the language (recommended) or any other language will be at the criteria of the company. TRADING BRAZIL will format the message, making sure that it is appropriate as a commercial e-mail message and then sending it to the list in a way that the message will not be filtered as spam when it is received.

This correction of the e-mail consists of:

• Ensuring that the receiver has a site that has something in common with the target objective;
• That the message will be sent only once;


Although the message will be signed by TRADING BRAZIL, this is for form only and the return address will be that of the client.

d) Replies, triage and follow up on messages

Replies to the message indicate that some sort of communication has been effectuated although many messages may not have anything to do with the marketing campaign. TRADING BRAZIL vets these messages and forwards the relevant ones to the client company.
If the client wishes to receive all replies (with no vetting), these may also be forwarded to the company.
At this point, all contact is between the client company and the company making the request, thus ceasing the participation of TRADING BRAZIL in the process.

Valid, positive messages related to the object of the campaign

e) Report: Performance Analysis on the impact of the campaign

Two kinds of statistics will be furnished to the client:

- performance of the e-mail campaign
The technology used in sending out the e-mails make it possible for TRADING BRAZIL to know how many were opened, thus providing an idea as the campaign goes along of how many messages are being considered.

- impact analysis of the campaign
One week before the beginning of he campaign, the client company can add to its home site a visitor record called Link Web Traffic, available from LinkWS and used by more than 1800 sites in Brazil.

Trading BRAZIL will mount this tool on the home page of the client business in order to monitor visits to the site. The client company may then access more than ten types of statistical information concerning traffic to the site, in order to analyze the impact of the campaign.
